Tuesday evenings, 7:00 - 9:00 pm (ET) June 9, 16, 23, 30, and July 7, 2026 ~ offered in person and online ~ Buddhism in a Nutshell is an FPMT introductory course to Tibetan Buddhism. This 5-week course provides an overview of Tibetan Buddhist concepts and practices for students new to Buddhism, as well as for those who have heard or read some Buddhist teachings and would like a more structured approach to understanding the path to enlightenment as taught by Shakyamuni Buddha. |
