Buddhist Meditation 101 is an FPMT introductory course to Tibetan Buddhist meditation. This 5-week course is suitable for students new to meditation and Buddhism, as well as for those who have some meditation experience in other traditions and would like to know more about how meditation is practiced in Tibetan Buddhism. Students will learn meditation techniques that can be used by anyone to create more peace & happiness in their daily life.

HOW TO ATTEND CLASS

  1. In person at Kadampa Center ~ the best, most beneficial way to attend

  2. Join via Zoom ~ a good alternative for those who don't live locally

  3. Livestream on YouTube ~ a non-interactive choice

In keeping with Kadampa Center tradition, we do not request a fee to attend this class -- the Dharma is too precious to let money be an obstacle to hearing teachings.
