INTRODUCTION TO MINDFULNESS - CANCELED Tues Aug 18 |
|
|
Note from Linda to students: I'm so disappointed and sorry to cancel the last class of the "Intro to Mindfulness" course. Unfortunately, I had emergency surgery to remove my appendix on Saturday. All went well and I am now home recovering. I greatly enjoyed our time together exploring and learning about mindfulness, including the benefits of cultivating mindfulness according to the Gelug tradition of Mahayana Buddhism. I wish you continued happiness and growth along your spiritual journey. Please find access to the course materials below and don't hesitate to reach out (program.linda@kadampa-center.org) if you have lingering questions from class. OM MANI PADME HUM |
