About Shantideva: An eighth-century scholar and Buddhist monk, Shantideva lived and studied at the great Buddhist university, Nalanda. He apparently was not well-liked because he did not come to classes or participate in practices, and he appeared not to study. His great work, the Guide to the Bodhisattva's Way of Life, came about when he was requested to give a talk to the entire university community - with the expectation that he would suffer a great humiliation. This master work remains a guidepost for students and scholars to this day.

Registration is required to attend via Zoom. We will continue using the regular Zoom link for Wednesday lamrim teachings.  Please click here to register.
