SPRING GARDEN & GROUNDS DAY!

Saturday, April 29, 9am-1pm

Join us for some outdoor work, fun, and lunch as we beautify the gardens & grounds at Kadampa Center! 

  • Water will be provided and a pizza lunch will be offered
  • No experience necessary
  • Wear comfortable clothing that can get dirty
  • Wear appropriate footwear
  • If possible, label and bring the following:
    • reusable water bottle
    • garden gloves 
    • gardening tools and implements such as shovels, rakes, pruners/trimmers, small hand shovels (trowels), small hand rakes, wheel barrows, etc. 

Tasks we hope to complete during our Spring Garden & Grounds Day: 

  • Spreading mulch ~ wheel barrows, shovels, and rakes needed!
  • Cleaning up the grounds and flower beds, picking up sticks, etc.
  • Trimming
  • Planting
  • Weeding
  • Cleaning out and organizing sheds
