Stupa Renovation Project 2026

KADAMPA CENTER'S STUPA RENOVATION PROJECT
	Saturday, September 26 - Saturday, October 3 Since its construction in 2013, the stupa has only been refreshed once.  Now it's time to do a full and extensive cleaning, repairing, and repainting of Kadampa Center's precious stupa.  The project will be overseen by Jampal Hyolmo, the wonderfully talented artist who created the stupa.  All are invited to help lend a hand and share in the experience of bringing this project to fruition for world peace and for the benefit of all living beings. See below for the variety of ways in which you can be a part of this incredibly meaningful labor of love and compasstion.  No experience necessary.  All are welcome!

VOLUNTEER

Sign up HERE to volunteer!  Jobs include, but are not limited to, prep work, painting, assisting Jampal and others by making sure paint, brushes, etc are kept stocked, within reach, and at the ready, as well as clean up duties.  While shifts are in 2-hour blocks of time, feel free to come and go whatever times work for your schedule; in other words, the 2-hour blocks of time on the Sign Up are flexible. Lunch & snacks provided!

CONTRIBUTE FINANCIALLY

Your donation will be put towards the costs of all necessary materials as well as making it possible to provide a generous financial offering to Jampal, the artist overseeing the project.  Here's how to contribute:

1. ONSITE at KADAMPA CENTER:  Place cash or check (made out to Kadampa Center) in the donation box just outside the gompa door. Please place your contribution in an envelope labeled "Stupa Project".

2. BY MAIL:  Send a check to Kadampa Center, 5412 Etta Burke Ct. Raleigh, NC 27606.  Please put "Stupa Project" in the memo.
