Work Day Preparing for Khensur Rinpoche

Kadampa Center's Buddha Garden group is hosting a

‘Preparing for Khensur Rinpoche Work Day’!

Saturday, July 16th
Starting at 8 am

Volunteers will focus on cleaning up and beautifying the Buddha Garden area on the interior of our new Circumambulation Path! We need up to 10 people who can assist with physical outdoor work including:

• Moving mulch and bricks
• Planting pots and flowers
• Removal of:
  • Juniper leaves
  • Part or all Pergola (TBD) 
  • Pergola lights and electrical
  • Table and flower station
• Moving of chairs
• Moving cinder blocks, recycling, and trash

We ask that volunteers bring:

• work/garden gloves
• yard tools such as loppers, chainsaw, shovels, racks, hoes, wheelbarrows.

We also would appreciate donations of:

• Pots
• Plants
• potting soil

Please join us as we beautify our grounds and help create the causes and conditions for Khensur Rinpoche's visit!
