Introductory Programs

Introductory programs are a good starting point for newcomers to Buddhism and Kadampa Center. 

  • Sunday Dharma - Our Sunday morning program at 10:30 is for all levels, and is good way to become familiar with applying Buddhism to live a happier daily life. 

  • Sunday Morning Guided Meditation

  • First Saturday Meditation - our First Saturday meditation practice will include three common modes of meditation:  breathing, concentration and review.  

  • Weekday Morning Meditation

  • Buddhist Meditation 101 and Buddhism in a Nutshell are offered occasionally throughout the year in a ten-week session. Attend one or both! We usually offer both evening and daytime options - please check our calender for current dates!
